Program evaluation is a systematic way of measuring the impacts of projects, goals, policies and programs. Good evaluations help organizations:

  • Find out what is and is not working in their programs
  • Demonstrate program benefits to funders and the community
  • Generate evidence of effectiveness necessary to support fundraising efforts
  • Improving program performance by identifying strengths and opportunities for improvement
  • Add to the body of knowledge about what does and does not work in your type of program with your kinds of participants

We utilize a collaborative approach that engages program staff, administrators, donors, and participant and frame evaluation from a quality improvement perspective. Most importantly, we always aim to conduct rigorous evaluations that address real-world concerns faced in program implementation.
